I'm so grateful I found this product. This was the first probiotic by Garden of Life I tried and although I rotate between them this is my steady rock. It provides me with what I need to feel my best, is more affordable than some of the other varieties and it is easy to order. The only issue I have is with my delivery as it varies from time to time, but that's more to do with who they hire to deliver rather than the Garden of Life Product. Very happy with my purchase.

Optimal CFU With prebiotic
High quality probiotic! Loved that it’s 30bil CFU as a lot of research says that is within the optimum CFU range for maximum benefit, too much can have a negative effect from my understanding. Having a prebiotic in the capsule ensures you’re gut is in an optimal state for the bacteria to flourish. Great stuff!
