They are sticky, and...
They are sticky, and quite sweet but its good that the portions can be spread out. I noticed an improvement in my energy levels and was very happy with these. Â But be warned, I took time to get through mine and towards the end of the container I started getting gastric problems. I assume due to the stickiness and sugar content and the constant digging around to try to get them out.I recommend keeping them in the fridge and using a spoon/fork to get them out the container. Â

They taste and smell...
They taste and smell disgusting ! I could get past this if you only had to chew one a day , but you are supposed to chew 4 !! A complete waste of money . Very disappointed !

My daughter has been...
My daughter has been vegan for sometime now. This has led to her cutting quite a few things from her diet. I feel reassured that she has these and enjoys them. They are full of very wholesome ingredients and I have noticed that when we run out her energy levels are not the same. A little on the pricey side but if bought in bulk a bit more affordable.
