I like this Iron sup...
I like this Iron supplement as it's from a food source and not animal, I imagine his helps the body absorb it more easily, especially as this has Vitamin C which definitely aids Iron absorption. I think it's best to take iron 2hrs away from Calcium, wheat fibre and thyroid medication. A very helpful Iron for those that want a less gastric upsetting source and no animals sourcing.

I'm breastfeeding an...
I'm breastfeeding and felt my iron levels were low. Similar to pregnancy - extreme tiredness even after sleeping for 10/12 hours and nausea. I ordered these and what a difference they made. I stopped taking them once I felt better but have picked them up again because I'm once again in the same position. I love garden of life supplements - they're super!Â

I cant quite explain...
I cant quite explain but not only does this help my digestion stay of track & support my IBS gently but it seems to also provide a warmth to my knees and help my joints to reduce hypermobility pains. Excellent products from GofL. I'm so glad I found them fully natural and when I have soy allergy they have been superb.

Extra iron is always...
Extra iron is always better coming from a food source, but if you're struggling with iron levels, these are definitely worth a shot. I like them as they don't repeat, especially if digestive system is a little weak.
